Rowing machines provide and effective aerobic exercise that works both your upper and lower body. It is also a fairly simple exercise to manage no matter your level of fitness. For this workout, our trainer and his friends are doing a max calorie row, aiming for 200 calories in 10 minutes. Up for the challenge?
When using a rowing machine, you want to get as much motion in the movement as you can. For instance, leaning back when pushing backward can really work your core. This is also a good starting point if you are looking to slim down. Stationary bikes are simply ineffective when it comes to calorie burning since they only use your legs. But the movements done on a rowing machine are great for overall fitness.
