In this Instagram video, we see demonstrations of several exercises that target your shoulders and test their strength as well as their endurance. Handstand push-ups, wall walks, shoulder taps, and a roll to a narrow squat are all combined in this routine, or rather, movement. The best thing about this combination though is that is requires absolutely zero equipment. All you need it the strength and will-power.
Watch the video to see how our favorite trainer strings these exercises together. He starts with a wall walk which sets him up perfectly for a handstand push-up. In the video, you can see that each transition is handled smoothly, never letting his shoulders rest.
