GO Green Fit: Abdominals On Your Back

This entire workout is done on your back, but nothing about that should make you think that it is easy. This workout targets your abdominals, and as our go-to trainer puts it, this routine “is a major f**k my life.” He means it in the best way, obviously. He warms up on an AirDyne for 20 minutes. After that, he moves on to 30 seconds of V-ups, flutter kicks, bicycles, and a strict press. This is guaranteed to make you break a sweat.

Targeting your abdominals is a popular goal when going to the gym, especially around swimsuit season. This routine is super quick, and freakishly effective. If you want that sexy V-shaped waist (called an Adonis belt), this will get your faster than your typical routine. Because remember, if you aren’t pushing yourself, you aren’t doing the gym.
