This video is all about giving your hamstrings hell in the best way possible. The routine pairs up two great exercises: kettlebell swings and prowler sprints. Kettlebell swings are one of those magical exercises that can burn fat while building up muscle and elevating your heart rate. To do a kettlebell swing properly, you’ll want to have your feet just over shoulder width apart. A common tip that trainers give clients is to start in the finish position where your body is in a straight line and the kettlebells are held out in front of you.
Prowler sprints are the more fun part of this exercise pair. If you haven’t done prowler sprints before, start with a low weight and work your way up until you find your limit. When doing prowler sprints, you want to move quickly across a short distance while taking small steps. It is a great heart-pumping workout if you are looking to break up your cardio routine. Also, the sled that you push for a prowler sprint can also be pulled with a harness for an alternate take on a banded print.
