When it comes to body building, strength, and commitment, our favorite crossfit trainer believes that only one thing can stop you: yourself. In this video, he works on body building with some added toes-to-bar to boot. The workout is a simple and effective one — 10 sets of bench presses, single-arm dumbbell rows, and toes-to-bar, each with 10 reps. These are all great exercises for working on core strength, and should leave you sore by the end of the routine.
The bench press obviously works your chest, and also puts a little strain on your shoulders and triceps. The single-arm dumbbell row focuses on the middle back, biceps, lats, and the shoulders as well. The toe-to-bar then finishes the sets by working your abdominal muscles and your arms. All together, you attach a good amount of muscles. And with each consecutive set, you build strength. And like our trainer says, the only thing that can stop you is yourself. If you look closely at the video, you can see our trainer has a boot on his foot and is still killing it.
