Last week, we reported on Blue Collar Underwear meeting face to face with some of their consumers at Lookout San Francisco. Now, the men from Blue Collar are continuing the conversation about their underwear beyond the initial purchase by attending Miami Beach Pride 2014.“We want to put a focus on service to our customers. We care about the customer and love to hear their ideas about what makes underwear great,” said Larry L. Little, CEO of Blue Collar. “Shaking hands, giving hugs and talking to customers and potential customers about the product is important to us.”
Tens of thousands attendees were introduced to the underwear brand, with a good amount buying their first pairs. Blue Collar continued the fun with customers at the Floppy Rooster in Miami with free underwear giveaways. “It’s really nice to connect with your customers face to face,” Little said. “Words can’t describe the feeling when customers realize that although we are a new brand, we offer a high end low cost product just as good or better than more established underwear brands.”
