We love this time of year, here at The Underwear Expert. There are so many new campaigns from underwear and swimwear brands showing off everything we’ll want in our drawers this year. We’ve seen a lot of good spring/summer 2013 campaigns for both underwear and swimwear, but we narrowed the list down to our five favorite galleries. These brands have us drooling over their new briefs, trunks, swim shorts and boxers. Check out our top five spring summer 2013 campaigns below, and keep watching The Underwear Expert as we review and report on these great brands over the coming months.
The new Hugo Boss Bodywear campaign features Alex Lundquist in the brand’s various briefs. He and a naked female model give a sexy edge to the classic, black and white photography.
Versace put on quite a show with its most recent campaign. Giovanni Squatriti photographed Elia Cometti embracing glamor and luxury.
3. Agua de Coco
Leo Peixoto poses among hot air balloons in this campaign by Eduardo Rezende, showing off Agua de Coco’s newest swimwear selections. The colorful, eye-catching series does its job well. We’re officially interested in Agua de Coco swimwear.
Greg Lotus, the well-respected photographer who has shot for Italian Vogue, Vanity Fair,GQ, L’Uomo Vogue and W magazine, created a remarkable campaign for Papi. An excellent addition to the spring summer 2013 campaigns round-up, the photos are intended to introduce the brand to department stores.
The results of extensive shooting and planning aren’t even available yet, but this is already the most talked-about campaign of the year. Helmed by director Guy Ritchie, David Beckham’s new underwear campaign is expected to be released in February. If the excitement surrounding these behind the scenes photos is any indication, the soccer star’s new H&M campaign will make quite an impression.
