Boy Rio Sunga Collection Arrives

by The Underwear Expert

Boy Rio introduces two collections of men’s underwear for the fall season inspired by the swimwear style of Brazil. Currently available, the Boy Rio Sunga briefs ($25) and short boxer briefs ($29.95) offer low-rise cuts and bold colors.

The hallmark of the Boy Rio Sunga collection is the low-cut fit and body defining silhouette, which combines the look of a speedo and square-style trunk. The brief and boxer brief were designed to provide round backside coverage while sitting very low on the waist.

“The new collection hugs the thighs well and perfectly contours the sides and backside,” David Laing, designer and owner of Boy Rio, told The Underwear Expert. “We are most excited about the new silhouette of our short boxer briefs. We have stayed true to our color blocking style and snug, comfortable fit. We have paid tribute to colors of various international flags such as Mexico, France, Holland, Sweden and the U.S.”

The Boy Rio Sunga briefs and short boxer briefs are made from a soft, breathable blend of polyester and spandex.
