Under Armour Underwear Charged Cotton

Under Armour underwear graphite boxer brief

Under Armour underwear updates its Charged Cotton collection of technologically advanced boxer briefs ($22) with new colors. Currently available, the collection now comes in empire blue, steel, graphite (shown) and fuego.

Under Armour underwear updated the collection specifically for the consumer who is looking for the technical performance benefits of the boxer brief but without just the basic black and white cotton underwear.

“The design focused on fabric and creating the most fit, flexible elastic that is really comfortable. It showcases the brand and integrates a great and forward thinking progressive color story,” Helena Kaylin, senior director of underwear for Under Armour underwear, told The Underwear Expert. “From a design perspective, we focused on the pops of color on the piping around the pouch for this season and tied that back to the graphic design on the elastic to create more dimension and interest in the waistband visually for the consumer.”

Under Armour underwear features a technology that enhances the moisture wicking properties of cotton allowing the fabric to dry faster, therefore keeping you lighter and drier.

“Under Armour Charged Cotton is designed to force the spread of moisture throughout the garment by creating lanes that moisture can move through and thus dissipate faster,” said Kaylin. “Similar to lanes on a highway for merging traffic, Under Armour Charged Cotton technology creates lanes in the fabric for moisture to move through quickly and evaporate, allowing the garment to dry faster.”

The range is available in S-XXL.
