A couple weeks ago, a young German man in a pair of red swim trunks caught our eye, and we noticed he looked a little sunburned. Kevin Rettinger is back and this time, there’s no need for SPF. We see the model in black and white, photographed by Mirko Fuhrherr, originally for Lash Magazine. Fuhrherr, who recently shot this photograph of Steven Lettnin wearing Calvin Klein and, of course, the red swim trunks on the beach photo, captures Rettinger’s youthful masculinity against the hard stone of Sprungbrett. The carvings on the stone creates an interesting mix of natural and human environment. We have to admit, Rettinger nails it with the black briefs and intense stare and his chiseled body compliments the stone well. The series comes at the perfect time as Fall steadily approaches. Gone are the days of tanning and swim trunks, so Fuhrherr and Rettinger embrace the darker, cooler look of Autumn.
