Kevin Tachman, the award winning photographer and documentarian, went backstage at the runway show for Parke and Ronen uncovering tons of underwear shots along the way. The Parke and Ronen brand, if you didn’t know, is founded by real-life couple Parke Lutter and Ronen Jehezke. They make quite the team, especially when it comes to picking the best models for their shows and campaigns. The models here are seen waiting, posing, horsing around, and getting goofy for Tachman… you’ve gotta love fashion week.
Tachman is no stranger to the fashion world. His photographs have appeared in Vogue, Marie Claire Russia, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. He also specializes in shooting band tours, having worked on both the 2006 Scissor Sisters tour and the 2008 Coldplay World Tour. You can view more of Kevin Tachman’s photography here.
Parke and Ronen’s runway show gave us a look at a collection clearly influenced by England’s Edwardian gentleman, India’s British Raj, and schoolboys. Founded in 1997, Parke and Ronen has spent the last 15 years focusing on chic sensuality, refined fabrics, and exquisite fit. The company prefers to avoid glitz, gimmicks and extreme looks.
