David Beckham is making sexy history as the first man to grace the cover of Elle magazine. The international sports-star, entrepreneur, and model headlines Elle’s July issue in an 11-page spread that touches on his family life, his marriage, and his inherent shyness. One wouldn’t guess that last one, however, as the photos for the spread feature a sopping wet Beckham exiting a pool in a pair of plastered-on jeans… amongst other pectoral pictorials. Does this open the door for other men to grace the cover? Based on the results of this shoot, we certainly hope so.
